i recently got an account on last.fm.
i have no idea why its so popular... so far i have found it to be slow, confusing and generally it looks better than it actually works.
on the other hand i also got an account on 8bitcollective, an amazing website where practically all chiptune artists upload their music. you can find some really awesome tracks if you look through the pages and pages of uploads.
